Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc in textile engineering from any reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Fabric Finishing, Fabric Quality, textile technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of Quality Control Plan & Standard works to reduce in process defect in textile
∎ Reduce excess delivery by establishing close monitoring system for each batch & strengthen quality control system
∎ Reduce compensate by developing strong final quality inspection process and creating quality concern culture
∎ Periodically inspects completed quality control checklists, forms, and other documents; randomly inspects and verifies quality control checks for conformance to prescribed standards
∎ Reduce non compliance due to SOP violations in operation by implementing internal audit system in textile.
∎ Improve RTY(Rolled Throughput Yields) from dyeing to delivery by improving internal process capabilities
∎ Improve first bulk first submission within 15 days lead time
∎ Establishment of (IOP) Individual Operating Plan based Performance Management system in textile for executive above all staffs
∎ Improve the productivity in textile by improving the people & machine utilization
∎ Reduction of operational cost by identifying & establishing mechanism for areas needing cost reduction and process improvement
∎ Reduce energy consumption by establishing energy management system in textile
∎ Reduce no of head count in textile by developing & improve skill levels and increasing the people utilization in each departments
∎ Minimize CO2 emission in textile by aligning each practice with the EMS
∎ Improve OPEX index in Textile by sustaining Lean DMS while implementing Operational excellence practices
