Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction projects.

  • Experience in a senior management or lead engineer role is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale government or private civil projects.

  • Expert in BOQ preparation, MB verification, and final billing.

  • Skilled in project management, site supervision, and technical reporting.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other relevant tools.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Willing to travel and stay at project sites when necessary.

DG Bangla Engineering Ltd. is a rapidly growing and youth-driven engineering enterprise engaged in Construction, Electro-Mechanical, Firefighting, Automation, and Dredging works. We specialize in both government and private sector projects involving roadways, yards, lowland development, electrification, and more.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven AGM – Civil Engineer (Construction) to lead project execution and site operations with efficiency, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage civil construction projects from planning to handover.
  • Prepare and review BOQ and cost estimations.
  • Verify contractor bills and MBs (Measurement Books) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervise site operations to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
  • Monitor and control project costs and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, prepare progress reports, and address issues promptly.
  • Lead and mentor on-site engineers and technical staff.
  • Collaborate with design and planning teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Maintain communication with management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
