Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for increasing production efficiency with quality standards through developing the production processes.
∎ Ensuring knitting production and find out machine-wise productivity and efficiency.
∎ Ensuring knitting programs in ERP software.
∎ Ensuring production plan according to the shipment date.
∎ Ensuring yarn booking based on the R&D report and send to supply chain.
∎ Maintain outside knitting program and arrange in-house fabric according to plan.
∎ Ensure fabric in-house before batch.
∎ Checking yarn quality during in house.
∎ To provide weekly/Monthly/ yearly & other requisite report.
