Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finance and Accounts:
∎ Maintain Books of Accounts (Manual Cash book, Ledger book and Registers).
∎ Maintain Accounting software prescribe by donor.
∎ Maintain petty cash (if required).
∎ Check all Invoices and accounting document information, to identify consistency between Invoices, vouchers; accounting rules.
∎ Check and ensure invoice eligibility and quality of accounting documents.
∎ Prepare vouchers according to supporting bills of expenditures.
∎ Translate voucher and codified accurately.
∎ Ensure all salary payment through person's account.
∎ Settlement and deduction of TDS/VAT at source and timely deposit to Governments authority.
∎ Ensure compliance of financial policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Prepare fund requisitions.
∎ Prepare financial reports monthly, quarterly and yearly.
∎ Meet up the requirements or observation of internal audit.
∎ Logistics:
∎ Support field offices with general logistics.
∎ Manage all stock for the delegation ensuring proper documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance and accountability throughout the process.
∎ Ensure the quality of the process and the delivery deadline.
∎ Ensure the collected documents are compliant with the procedure: Supplier stamp, signature.
∎ Report any problem with supplier to the line manager.
∎ Take delivery of the items and check the quality and quantity.
∎ Crosscheck regularly the data between from the stock.
∎ Ensure that all the items are stored in good condition and that any missing or damaged goods are reported immediately to the line manager.
∎ Ensure proper segregation of the stored goods according to donor/ projects.
∎ Prepared monthly stock report and send it timely to the Finance and admin Manager.
∎ . Immediate feedback in case of incident in and around our working area to line manager.
∎ Identify and mange daily labors for loading unloading, transportations operations on the GBViE project intervention.
∎ Prepare and follow up payments forms for daily labour payment after completing the works.
∎ Preparation of SRF and GRN forms for operations in common storage areas in logistic sector.
∎ Others:
∎ Performed any other job assigned by the organization as and when required.
∎ Always be loyal and abide by the rules and regulation of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-year (s) experience in accounting and Logistic section in reputed INGO/NGOs.
∎ Skilled in procurement, inventory management, VAT/Tax and financial reporting.
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, internet browsing& e-mail communications).
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working atmosphere.
∎ Good working relationship with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and ‘multitask.
∎ Knowledge about accounting software.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 65000 - 69300 (Monthly)
