Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agent banking outlet.
∎ Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
∎ Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the outlet.
∎ Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with account-related matters.
∎ Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
∎ Oversee cash management, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and account inquiries.
∎ Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
∎ Monitor cash levels to prevent shortages or overages.
∎ Promote banking products and services to customers.
∎ Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
∎ Implement security measures to safeguard the outlet against fraud and theft.
∎ Maintain compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
∎ Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to banking standards and regulations.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to higher authorities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
∎ Keep updated records of account openings, closures, and changes.
∎ Ensure the proper functioning of all banking equipment, including ATMs and POS terminals.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.
∎ Keep up-to-date with technology changes and updates.
∎ Educate customers about available banking services and digital banking options.
∎ Assist customers in using self-service channels, such as mobile banking apps and online platforms.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships within the local community.
∎ Attend community events and engage in outreach activities to promote the agent banking outlet.
∎ Set performance targets for the outlet and team members.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the outlet's performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Ensure compliance with security protocols to minimize operational risks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ As an Assistant Field Officer, you will be responsible for the following key performance indicators (KPIs):
Account Opening: Open a minimum of 30 accounts monthly, including savings and current accounts.
Daily Transactions: Conduct a minimum of 10 transactions daily with a total value of at least 250,000/-.
Working Hours:
Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
