∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Industrial Engineering graduate will be given Preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set production target, analyze productivity to reach the target.
∎ Managing day to day production, formulation and repacking function in the factories.
∎ Storing of all inventories in times of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods and delivery of products from factory.
∎ To maintain stock book, packing materials, raw materials register.
∎ Proficiency in overall health, environment, security & safety issues of the factory.
∎ To take all precautionary measures for the safety and security of the factory and also for all staffs & labors performing their duties inside the factory.
∎ Verify all records of stocks, reports & register regarding stock & production.
∎ To comply all orders as & when assigned to you by higher authority as per policy and job description.
∎ Inform management about the overall situation of the factory.
∎ To prepare daily production report.
∎ To ensure quality & cost control.
∎ Candidate should have enough experience to run garments factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Proficient in use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Self - motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
