Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set production targets and analyze productivity to reach the target.
∎ Managing day-to-day production, formulation, and repacking functions in the factories.
∎ Storing all inventories in times of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and delivery of products from the factory.
∎ To maintain stock book, packing materials, and raw materials register.
∎ Proficiency in overall health, environment, security & safety issues of the factory.
∎ To take all precautionary measures for the factory's safety and security and for all staff & labors performing their duties inside the factory.
∎ Verify all records of stocks, reports & registers regarding stock & production.
∎ To comply with all orders as & when assigned to you by higher authority as per policy and job description.
∎ Inform management about the overall situation of the factory.
∎ To prepare daily production reports.
∎ To ensure quality & cost control.
∎ Candidate should have enough experience to run a garments factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Proficient in the use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
