Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have obtained Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing from a reputable university.
∎ Candidates with Master's degree in Marketing (or MBA) or candidates currently enrolled in Masters in Marketing (or MBA) will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Corporate Sales and Marketing, Institutional Sales Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The employee will be directly involved in institutional sales (business to business) for products made by Quasem Industries Limited and its sister concerns (Sunlite battery and lighter, Sun Chips, other upcoming consumer products).
∎ Main responsibility of candidates will be to identify institutions that buy such products in bulk and visit them individually to promote the products and then maintain the relationship with the buyer to ensure repeat sales.
∎ He will be fluent in both written and spoken English and Bengali. Candidates must be confident, assured and well-spoken.
∎ The employee must maintain good personal hygiene and have a smart appearance. Perform any other jobs as required by the management.
∎ Candidates with some experience working in corporate office environment will be given preference.
∎ 2 candidates will be selected to work in Dhaka area, 1 candidate will be selected to work in Chittagong.
∎ Candidates who have motorcycle driving license will be given preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 34 years
∎ 2 candidates will be selected to work in Dhaka area, 1 candidate will be selected to work in Chittagong.
∎ Candidates with valid Driving license (Motor Cycle) will be given preference.
∎ Candidates with some experience working in corporate office environment will be given preference.
∎ The applicants with experience working with direct sales, business to business sales or institutional sales will be given preference.
∎ Candidates over the age of 32 years will not be considered for this post except in exceptional circumstances.
∎ Strong command in English (reading, writing, speaking).
∎ Friendly personality - approachable, outgoing, assertive
∎ Creative minded individuals are preferred for this post.
∎ Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize and multi-task
∎ Flexible and resourceful at problem-solving
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS., Excel, Internet browsing, E-mail).
