∎ Candidates must have obtained MBA or Master's degree in Marketing from a reputable university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing promotional activities and implementation of chosen plans.
∎ To ensure execution of promotional activities
∎ Candidate must be present at brand promotion activations organized by the company.
∎ To execute market research
∎ Understanding market and consumer for each product of company
∎ To support in formulating and implementing trade/marketing strategies
∎ To monitor product pricing and sales forecast
∎ To present new ideas on product development and packing Design
∎ Strategy development for expanding markets.
∎ Keep up to date with market trends.
∎ Accountability for brand performance and working closely with sales team.
∎ Providing analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities.
∎ Work on product development.
∎ Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
∎ Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
∎ Knowledge on competitor activity.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 02 years of experience in Brand Marketing with proven track record in any reputed national or multinational FMCG Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development
∎ Strong leadership, Influence & negotiation skills with business acumen.
∎ An excellent team player with strategic planning experience
