Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical related field from any reputed educational institute.
∎ Skills Required: All types of Water Pump and Motor related technical expertise.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Motors, Water Pump
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
∎ Prepare action plans by individuals for effective search of sales.
∎ Contribute to annual sales / marketing plans, contribute to key target customers targeting.
∎ Study and understand customers requirement. Study the loads (load pattern, mode of operation etc.) of the clients and suggest them the right solution.
∎ Prepare technical specifications for client to participate in Tenders.
∎ Service current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales targets through effective technical sales presentations and utilization of support services. Find out new leads and prospective\ customers.
∎ To provide Standard of professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level through effective and efficient management of individual portfolio and according to database of prospective and existing clients.
∎ Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through Communicating and coordinating with the other departments as necessary to resolve unique customers issues/concerns.
∎ Maintain high level of interaction with the customers.
∎ Remain informed and up to date with regards to market
∎ Provide timely feedback to management regarding sales projection and performance
∎ Submission of both financial and technical offers to the prospective customers.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate records of budget forecast, market share etc.
∎ Ensure data preservation by Sales commercial of all offers, sales, factors for winning or reason for losing a sales and activity reports of the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Water Pumps industry
∎ Should possess a valid motor cycle driving license
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills & customer handling
∎ Ability to take challenge & work well under pressure.
∎ Capability of mature sales easily
∎ Positive, independent and honest
∎ Multitasking capability is required.
Salary: Negotiable
