• Age 28 to 36 years

• Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering from any reputed University3-5 years of relevant experience required in a manufacturing facility.

• Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Good knowledge of engineering tools, drawings, and software, Like: AutoCAD, Solid Works, MS Office, ERP (Plant Maintenance Module), PLC, VFD, HMI related software.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the operation and production program for factory equipment, including gas generator, Substation, ETP/ WWTP, WTP (water treatment plant), HVAC, compressor, and vacuum generation unit.

• Oversee and assist in planning preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime of all factory machinery, utilities, and production lines.

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in coordination with the plant manager.

• Prepare shift-wise and daily production reports, downtime analysis, and consumption records for raw materials and power

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects, contractors, AMC, and ARC.

• Will be responsible for fire and electrical issues. Installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities.

• Complete Work plan for Electrical and mechanical Maintenance, Development work, and supervise all electrical installation work, Electrical schedule maintenance work to keep proper records.

• Manage, monitor & supervise all electro-mechanical work and ensure efficient execution of overall electrical maintenance operations.

• Prepare a schedule for any shutdown required for the preventive maintenance of the Batching plant, Generator, Transformer, E-Crane, Pumps, and other machinery.

• To identify problems with plant equipment and convey to the production team to solve the problem.

• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of related machines/ equipment/ devices with proper test record.

• Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenance, as well as follow ISO standard, Accord, Alliance for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
