∎ Operation and monitoring of injection molding machines- Mold setup and changeover procedures
∎ Knowledge of plastic/resin materials (e.g., PP, ABS, HDPE)
∎ Basic mechanical troubleshooting
∎ Machine parameter setting and process optimization
∎ Understanding of part defects and corrective actions

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in setting up and operating injection molding machines and related equipment.
∎ Monitor production processes and ensure parts meet quality standards.
∎ Support mold changeovers, machine adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
∎ Maintain production documentation and report any abnormalities to the senior engineer or supervisor.
∎ Work closely with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
∎ Ensure proper handling and storage of molds, tools, and raw materials.
∎ Collaborate with the quality department to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
∎ Help optimize cycle times and reduce material wastage during production.
∎ Follow and enforce all safety and housekeeping standards in the molding area.
∎ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training activities.
