Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Achieve daily sales target through utilizing special price offers.
∎ • Ensure proper distribution and customer coverage.
∎ • Ensure all must have SKUs in all routes.
∎ • Ensure product quality and customer service.
∎ • Implement process and systems to increase sales.
∎ • Review daily achievement against target to keep pace with monthly target.
∎ • Maintain relationship with customer through satisfactory service.
∎ • Building effective rapport with key personnels.
∎ • Collect customer insight/ feedback.
∎ • Explore each of the potential customers in a locality and follow-up in person/ over phone regularly.
∎ • Identify the gap in coverage in each of the customer category and prepare plan to minimize the gap.
∎ • Collect information regarding activities of competitors.
