Educational Requirements:
∎ Mechanical Engineer / Ceramic Engineering graduate from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate working with the ceramic industry press section; like punch & mould related experience & B2B or corporate selling experience is must.
∎ Candidate will be required to visit Ceramic industry on regular basis to source new punch & mould related job.
∎ Ceramic Factory visit, new client hunt and creating marketing opportunities for the company.
∎ Attending client sales meeting in Ceramic industries head office & Factory office.
∎ Corporate sales, payment collection and prepare delivery schedule and customer feedback analysis.
∎ Visiting different ceramic Factories and look after the after sales service & problems and explain the problems to the technical manager to rectify and complete the sales.
∎ Developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients, building and strengthening relationships and continuing proactively to engage with clients,
∎ Coordinating and managing all marketing related Activities, communications with all relevant departments & client support.
∎ Executing all sales activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation & Closing Skills with the Line Manager.
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners.
∎ Undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Essential to have at least 4-6 years' experience in a similar sales position in the ceramic industry.
∎ Able to deal effectively, openly and positively.
∎ Must have a good command of the English Language.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated, reliable and confident.
∎ Positive attitude and ability to work well with others & industry.
∎ Competent to analyses the market situation, identify customer needs.
∎ Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress.
∎ Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point Presentation, internet, WhatsApp, We-chat etc.
