Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: CRP-Mirpur
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely maintenance or installation for the smooth services
Supervision of construction
Estimate, costing and BOQ preparation
Attend and conduct regular and scheduled maintenance activities
Handle contractors/vendors/supervisors/workers
Bill and, material requisition preparation
Render emergency services as required and requested
Maintain documentation and reports on a regular basis
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor and office.
