Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Public University and MBA from a reputed University.
∎ Preferable retired Superintending Engineer from PWD, Roads & Highways.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Airports, Civil Construction works, Flyover, Project Management, Real state, Roads and Highways, Waste Management, Water Supply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, plan and implement business objectives and strategies.
∎ Set ambitious goals for business growth and success.
∎ Oversee daily operations and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Establish appropriate relationships and communication with suppliers and other key people to ensure all materials, supplies, tools, equipment and personnel are for completing project works in time.
∎ Enough experiences on E - Tending, Tender Preparations and Tender Bidding, etc.
∎ Maintain close liaison with different Semi-Government/ Government Organizations like Army, Navy, Air Force, Rajuk, PWD, PDB, Roads & Highways, Civil Aviation for project purposes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be physically fit.
∎ The eligible candidate should have more than 15 years of experience in Construction Project Management. Proven experience in PWD/ PDB/ Roads & Highways with strong leadership capability will be an advantage.
