Responsibilities & Context:

  • Design monthly and quarterly trade promotion programs to ensure product visibility, availability, and sell-out support in the market.

  • Ensure timely execution of all trade programs, including monthly campaigns, and communicate plans effectively to the field team.

  • Manage deployment and execution of all POSM materials to maintain proper merchandising and brand presence.

  • Develop channel-specific programs, including trade loyalty initiatives, with clear guidelines for consistent execution.

  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to design and optimize trade programs accordingly.

  • Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and trade program effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Distribution, Brand, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams for smooth program rollout.

  • Coordinate with vendors for development, production, and timely delivery of trade promotion materials and activities.

  • Plan and monitor trade promotion budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and strong ROI.

  • Ensure proper documentation, process adherence, and compliance with internal audit guidelines for all trade activities.

  • Support field teams with program guidelines, training, and communication to ensure effective execution at the outlet level.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future trade programs based on market feedback and performance data.

  • Ensure seamless execution of trade activities through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and field-level intervention when required.
