Inventory/ Store Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper storage of all Raw Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical equipment and spare parts, etc.
∎ Check monthly foreign & local requirement discussing with all department heads.
∎ Monitor local purchase and verify price at random. Ensure items of correct specification are purchased in correct quantity.
∎ Receive imported spare parts according to L.C.
∎ Ensure safety stock level inventory, plann and maintain all store items for smooth production.
∎ Advise store keepers to provide correct items against correct demand.
∎ Monitor monthly inventory and assist audit accordingly.
∎ Maintain receipts, documents, warehouse, inventory, stock and make computerized entries for the related items.
∎ Maintain and monitor other store related works (PR, GRN, GI) and keep entry in computerized inventory management system by ERP software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ ERP operating knowledge
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate subordinates
∎ Able to operate Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
