Responsible for showroom’s operational by scheduling & assigning employees: following up on work result.
Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring sales metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue generation.
Train and coach showroom staff on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute showroom promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to promote a safe and secure environment.
Prepare regular reports and analysis on showroom performance, including sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory management metrics.
Listen and resolve all the customers complaints.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and availability of products in the showroom.
Any other tasks assign by the supervisor.
