∎ Diploma related to the above positions
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and ensuring daily cutting and layout plan.
∎ Liaising with the concerned Merchandiser/ IE & Planning/PM/ QA Head & others for Day-to-Day work.
∎ Ensuring to maintain and record cutting fabric consumption and production fabric ready in all average.
∎ Ensuring the need to collect fabric inspection/ shade band & shrinkage report and monitoring.
∎ Ensuring the need of Shade & shrinkage wise fabric stack & relax 24 hours before cutting.
∎ Ensure the shrinkage group wise pattern collection from technical department.
∎ Ensure the Style wise cutting quality monitoring, cutting report & shading chart register check.
∎ Ensure the part inspection from top to bottom and maintaining and recording cutting, fabric consumption & fabric reconciliation for cutting department.
∎ Spreading & Lay Chart Control, also marker checking with pattern grain line & ratio.
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly & develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
∎ Making the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.
∎ Ensure fabric relaxation as per fabrics type & buyer's requirement.
∎ Fix the daily production target discussing with the Garments Head to achieve the target ensuring quality.
∎ To ensure Cutting Quality Inspection after number & bundle.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years working experience in cutting
∎ Responsible, detail-minded, well organized, systematic, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
∎ Pass colour evaluation eye testing
∎ Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the above position of which, at least 5 years in Jeanswear
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (essentially MS Word & MS Excel)
∎ Proficient in English
