Education:

Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with relevant experience.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitization practice.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Basic communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Candidate should possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Follow proper food handling, grooming instructions and sanitation procedures to ensure that all food is prepare safely by maintaining high standard of hygiene.
• Use proper personal proactive equipment (mask, hand gloves, caps, apron, etc.) during working in the kitchen.
• Maintains a clean, sanitize and organize work area according to the guidelines.
• Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the In-Charge.
• Assists Cook to prepare and arrange food.
• Wash properly for disinfecting the kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Food preparation and food delivery to the patient as well as serve meals to the hospital staffs on time.
• Attends all staff meetings and trainings.
• Performs additional responsibilities as instructed by the kitchen In-Charge.
