Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum JSC Passed (Relax able in case of cooks with much higher years of experience
∎ But capable of reading and writing in Bengali.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible and accountable to the Administrator and/or Master for his duties and work performance.
∎ Responsible for the cooking of meals for the entire staff of hospital to a good, palatable and hygienic standard.
∎ Additionally, responsible for cooking meals for VIP guests, visitors, foreign doctors of Hospital as required by Hospital Director
∎ Responsible for cleaning, and maintenance of galley, pantry, crockeries, cutlery and utensils of his assigned hospital.
∎ Responsible to serve food to hospital staff & VIP guests, visitors, foreign doctors.
∎ Additionally, responsible to ensure support to medical team's food cooking and/or arrangement for out-patients as required
∎ Responsible to submit half yearly inventory of crockeries, cutlery and utensils in the galley and pantry
∎ Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of own individual living area on board and bed linen, blankets etc. issued to him.
∎ Required to observe and uphold, at all times, Friendship's Code of Ethics, Policies & Guidelines, Rules & Regulations, Personnel & Confidentiality Policies.c .

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years' experience in cooking Bangladeshi food for 25-30 persons and knowledge of cooking European/Western type food.

Salary: Negotiable
