Responsibilities & Context:

  •  Guest Welcome & Support: Greet guests upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out, and provide information about amenities, local and venues.

  • Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying reservations, collecting payments, and issuing room keys. ·

  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about the property and local attractions.        

  • Reservation Management: Book and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.        

  • Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly, finding the best possible resolution.       

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of guest interactions, manage guest folios, and complete daily reports.         

  • Cash Handling: Process payments, manage cash transactions, and balance cash drawers.

  • Complaint Resolution: Promptly address guest grievances and ensure a satisfactory resolution to maintain positive reviews.

  • Service Excellence: Anticipate needs, build rapport, and handle VIPs with personalized service
