Avijatrik Tourism Limited, established in 2015 as a concern of Paragon Group, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive – Holiday Packages to drive sales of our international and domestic tour packages. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the outbound travel industry, strong client-handling skills, and a passion for crafting memorable travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage international holiday package inquiries from individual and corporate clients.

  • Design customised travel itineraries and curated tour packages tailored to client preferences and budgets.

  • Handle end-to-end bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and tours through GDS and online booking systems.

  • Negotiate with global and local vendors (DMCs, hotels, airlines) to secure the best rates and value-added inclusions.

  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings through consultative selling, proactive follow-ups, and excellent product knowledge.

  • Maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly package sales targets set by management.

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and client communications through the company's CRM/software.

  • Coordinate with the operations and visa teams to ensure smooth delivery of services from booking to post-travel feedback.

  • Stay updated on global destinations, seasonal offers, visa trends, and competitor packages.
