Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in visa or travel consultancy & holiday package sales

• Knowledge of visa processes for major destinations.
• Deep knowledge of outbound destinations.
• Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of outbound travel destinations and visa processes
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Visa Executive to manage foreign tour package sales and visa support services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the outbound travel industry and possess solid communication and operational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily visa inquiries and applications for multiple destinations.

• Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.

• Maintain communication with embassies, visa centers, and partner agents.

• Follow up with clients to ensure successful submission and approval.

• Maintain records and reports through the company software.

• Ensure excellent client service and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Manage international & domestic holiday inquiries from customers.

• Design customized travel itineraries and tour packages.

• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, and tours using online systems.

• Negotiate with global & local vendors for the best rates.

• Maintain excellent client communication via phone, email, and meetings.

• Meet monthly package sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
