• Minimum 5 years of experience in education consultancy and student recruitment

• Prior experience at a reputable education consultancy or study-abroad agency in Bangladesh

• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian education system, university admission processes, and student visa procedures

• Hands-on experience with the EMGS portal and visa documentation

• Demonstrated ability to convert student leads into successful enrollments

• Existing network with universities and embassy officials is an advantage

• Leadership ability to train and mentor junior team members

• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for student recruitment

• Fluent in both English and Bangla (spoken and written)

• Excellent communication, documentation, and multitasking skills

• IELTS certification will be given preference

• Candidates with personal study-abroad experience are preferred

Who We Are Looking For

We need a motivated professional with a proven record in education consultancy who can lead our Malaysia desk independently and drive enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to increase enrollments

• Lead marketing and outreach activities including social media campaigns, seminars, school/college partnerships, and community events

• Oversee and manage the complete university application and file processing workflow

• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for admissions, file handling, and visa documentation

• Ensure accurate document verification and smooth visa processing for all students

• Train and coach team members on counseling techniques and consultancy best practices

• Implement and manage CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates

• Stay up to date with Malaysian visa regulations and embassy requirements
