Job Responsibilities

• Handle visa processing for countries including USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, Malaysia, Dubai, and other destinations.

• Guide clients regarding visa documentation, embassy requirements, interview preparation, and travel policies.

• Prepare, review, and submit visa application documents accurately.

• Book international and domestic air tickets through GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).

• Provide travel consultation, itinerary planning, hotel booking, and travel insurance support.

• Maintain regular communication with airlines, embassies, and clients.

• Resolve ticketing, reissue, refund, and travel-related issues professionally.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of worldwide visa procedures and embassy requirements.

• Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Smart, professional, well-organized, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients efficiently.

• Good computer skills including MS Office, Email, and Internet browsing.
