Steward / Dishwasher
Waiter / Waitress:
Greet guests, present menus, and take food & beverage orders accurately
Serve dishes and drinks promptly to hotel service standards
Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations
Process bills and payments accurately
Cook / Chef de Partie:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications
Complete mise-en-place to required standard before each service
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety (HACCP) compliance
Monitor portion control and minimise food wastage
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service delivery
Kitchen Helper / Kitchen Steward:
Assist cooks with food preparation, chopping, and mise-en-place
Wash and sanitise dishes, pots, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keep kitchen, store rooms, and service areas clean and organised
Receive and store food deliveries under supervisor guidance
Housekeeping Attendant:
Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel standards
Change bed linen, replenish amenities, and report maintenance issues
Handle guest requests and lost-and-found items per hotel policy
Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys and store rooms
Steward / Dishwasher:
Wash and sanitise crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, and cooking utensils
Operate industrial dishwashers and maintain equipment properly
Clean kitchen floors, drains, waste areas, and back-of-house spaces
Assist kitchen and banquet teams during high-volume service periods
Employment Package:
Contract duration: 2 years (renewable subject to employer approval)
