Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicant must have an MBBS degree.
∎ Participants with MPH degree will get preference.
∎ Candidates should have updated BMDC Registration.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular supervision of primary health centers located at different locations of Bangladesh.
∎ Provide training for the health workers as and when necessary.
∎ Provide health services for ASA staff and members as required.
∎ Take necessary steps to arrange health emergency and first aid services.
∎ Undertake extensive field visits (at least 2-4 field visits/month).
∎ Undertake necessary initiatives for maintaining prompt medicine availability in the health centers.
∎ Undertake all necessary actions to ensure prompt medicine and other logistic availability in the health centers.
∎ Provide necessary inputs in preparation of the annual budget of the health centers.
∎ Organize health camps and provide support in the health camps.
∎ Contribute to the development of annual reports, leaflets, brochures, training manuals and other IEC materials.
∎ Draft/develop policy, strategy, and action plan for the overall development of the health program of ASA as required/requested.
∎ Organize emergency medical camps during the time of disaster and provision of relief activities.
∎ Undertake necessary initiatives for different day observation.
∎ Any other lawful tasks assigned by the chief health officer the authority.
∎ Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. However, candidates with experience in the field of health related NOGs/Public health/emergency or clinical/hospital practice will be preferred.
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Willingness of extensive travelling.
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people.
∎ Competency in MS Office package.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill in English & Bengali.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
