Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
At least 2-3 years’ experiences in any recognized shoe manufacturing company.
Supervise daily operations of the footwear testing lab.
Allocate work among lab technicians and ensure timely completion of tests.
Oversee physical, chemical, and mechanical testing of footwear materials (e.g., leather, sole, adhesives, fabrics).
Ensure tests meet international standards such as SATRA, ISO, ASTM, EN, or REACH.
Ensure all products comply with buyer specifications and international quality standards.
Keep updated with the latest testing regulations and industry requirements.
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment regularly.
Prepare and review test reports, analysis sheets, and quality summaries.
Strong knowledge of footwear materials and testing methods
Familiarity with international footwear testing standards
Should have good leadership, direction and communication skill.
Academic Qualification can be relaxed for Highly Experienced candidates.
