Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering

• Graduate/B.Sc. from any reputed leather technology Institute.

• 2 to 3 years

• At least 2-3 years’ experiences in any recognized shoe manufacturing company.

• Supervise daily operations of the footwear testing lab.

• Allocate work among lab technicians and ensure timely completion of tests.

• Oversee physical, chemical, and mechanical testing of footwear materials (e.g., leather, sole, adhesives, fabrics).

• Ensure tests meet international standards such as SATRA, ISO, ASTM, EN, or REACH.

• Ensure all products comply with buyer specifications and international quality standards.

• Keep updated with the latest testing regulations and industry requirements.

• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment regularly.

• Prepare and review test reports, analysis sheets, and quality summaries.

• Strong knowledge of footwear materials and testing methods

• Familiarity with international footwear testing standards

• Should have good leadership, direction and communication skill.

• Academic Qualification can be relaxed for Highly Experienced candidates.
