∎ Preparing Food Items According to Standard Procedures
∎ Keep working area clean and in order all times
∎ Reduce waste of food items & ingredients

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains Q.S.C. in a highest level ...at all times
∎ Preparing food items according to standard procedures
∎ Serve food according to standard cooking time. Make sure to put mark on request items, on top of box.
∎ Follows FIFO system on all food items.
∎ Maintain cleanliness & orderliness of station. Including all utensils, equipment's, floors at all times.
∎ Always wear plastic gloves while preparing foods, its necessary to use on both hands
∎ Check expiration of food items at the start of duty. Reports unusual happenings to your immediate supervisor.
∎ Cleans & Sanitize Equipment's & Utensils at closing time. Based on standard procedure.
∎ Use of microwave oven is a must for beef patties, follows proper procedure.
∎ Use 3 C's when communicates w / co-workers . Apply
∎ (1)Communication, (2) Coordination, (3) Cooperation
∎ Thai,Chinese

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
