• Basic knowledge of Bangla & continental food (preferred)

• Local candidates from Savar/Birulia area will get preference

Da Birulia is looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Chef to support daily kitchen

operations, maintain food quality, and assist the Head Chef in preparation and service.

This role is ideal for someone with basic kitchen experience who wants to grow in a

professional restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Head Chef in daily food preparation and cooking

* Prepare ingredients and basic menu items as instructed

* Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

* Assist in food plating and presentation

* Support inventory handling and stock arrangement

* Follow kitchen SOPs and work efficiently during busy hours
