Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
∎ No third division, minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.
∎ Candidate must be from UGC approved university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct comprehensive factory visits of borrowers at schedule visit programs, preparation of independent visit reports.
∎ Evaluate the compliance of the Environmental & Social Management System (ESMS) and HSE of the borrower with respect to Bank’s ESRM Policy, Bangladesh Labour Law and other applicable local standards.
∎ Assessing production capacity of RMG, Textile, manufacturing and accessories concerns.
∎ Inspect customer stock position and check whether it matches with relative liabilities or not.
∎ Assessing customer technical risks associated with the machine set up, production, utilities, stock etc.
∎ Evaluate customer factory condition, capacity and compliances.
∎ Periodically meeting with customers to follow up on order status, and other technical and compliance issues relevant to plant operation and overall business.
∎ Regularly checking customer stock position with the historical database.
∎ Follow up in case of stock lot/status of delayed export.
∎ Regular checkup compliance standards (including fire protection) of the customer.
∎ Collect CAP of Accord/Alliance/ILO/RSC from customer/ website and follow up on the progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ 05 years Job experience as Compliance officer/Fire Safety & E&S office at Factory/any reputed inspection company.
∎ Understanding of BNBC, NFPA, NTPA, Bangladesh Labour Law etc
