Responsibilities & Context:
We are hiring a skilled and creative Assistant Architect / 3D Visualizer to join our design and rendering studio. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in landscape design, exterior façade development, 3D modeling, and photorealistic rendering.
Job Responsibilities:
Landscape design & concept development.
Exterior design and façade development.
3D modeling (SketchUp preferred).
High-quality 3D rendering (Lumion preferred).
Preparing presentation images & walkthrough videos.
Coordinate with senior designers to finalize concepts.
Ability to deliver projects within deadlines.
Requirements:
B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
Proficiency in SketchUp & Lumion
Strong design sense and creativity
Photoshop knowledge is an added advantage
Must be able to work full-time at the Rangpur office
