Job Responsibilities:
∎ He needs to makes file submission plan and arranges documents from internal as well as external sources to submit files within timeline.
∎ Keeping record, collecting CASH BTMA certificate from different yarn suppliers (almost 20) are the critical factors of this job.
∎ Maintaining good relation with government/ Non-government body (BTMA, BKMEA, Audit firm, Bank) makes the job holder successful.
∎ The job holder supervises his team to organize PO wise export documents, import documents, BTMA certificate, PRC, BKMEA certificate, NOC in order to prepare a cash incentive file.
∎ He keeps record of imported yarn and its utilization and establishes calculative linkage among yarn-fabric-garments.
∎ After getting file submission approval, s\he submits the file in the bank and meet their claim, queries by providing required documents.
∎ Responsible for Yearly Customs Audit, UD wise audit statement, collect monthly PRC, face Audit in NBR and meeting audit observation, and getting entitlement.
∎ In bond, Ex-Bond, UP, Bonded warehouse renewal ETC.
∎ Any other assignment by management.
