Sales Target Achievement

• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets within the assigned area.

• Monitor daily/weekly performance and guide the team to close gaps.

Team Management & Field Supervision

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives (SEs), Territory Officers, and Field Representatives.

• Set individual KPIs, assign routes, and conduct joint market visits to ensure productivity.

Retail Network Development

• Drive expansion of the retailer network through strategic mapping and acquisition plans.

• Ensure onboarding of quality retailers and monitor first-month order performance.

Retailer Retention & Performance

• Improve retailer engagement, retention, and productivity.

• Track repeat purchase behavior and take corrective actions for low-performing outlets.

Sales Funnel & Lead Conversion Oversight

• Review lead generation and conversion pipeline (through building visits or other channels).

• Support the team to convert leads into sales and improve closure rates.

App & Digital Process Monitoring

• Ensure the field force and retailers effectively use digital tools (e.g., Sales App).

• Monitor app usage data and intervene where adoption is low.

Training & Influencer Engagement

• Facilitate or organize training programs for retailers and influencers.
