∎ Graduation from any discipline or DVM / AH.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of the concerned Field Team.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitor's activities.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
∎ Monitor the product wise daily performance.
∎ Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
∎ Allocate the promotional materials and monitor their distribution.
∎ Conduct monthly meeting, conference & scientific seminars.
∎ Assist sales team to meet the monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Provide training to the field forces regarding their assigned products.
∎ Maximizing the target customer awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with Farmers and Consultants of Veterinary field.
∎ Identify competitive situation and market variables in the field of veterinary products.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards authority.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: In between 30 years.
∎ 2/3 years experience in the relevant field will be preferable. Condition may be relaxing for DVM / AH Graduate

Salary: Negotiable
