∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Retail Sales, Dealer Sales
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain proper Management and discipline in all plaza under his responsibilities.
∎ Manage the credit/receivable as per company policy.
∎ Developing a balanced Plaza network & Dealers network and recruit new dealers.
∎ Reporting of all sorts of market competitors activities.
∎ Attaining category/SKU wise monthly sales and collection targets.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
∎ To supervise daily sales activities and achievement of all plaza people.
∎ To check and ensure proper merchandising and display of all products in all the plaza under his responsibilities.
∎ Ensuring Field force performance proactively conduct appraisal regularly.
∎ Allocation of credit with due diligence.
∎ To check and ensure proper entries of cash and credit transaction of all plaza under his supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Showroom Sales and Marketing Retail sales, etc
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronics Equipment/Home Appliances, Automobiles industry
∎ Candidates experienced on selling electronics product is mandatory.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do Attitude.
∎ Ability to work extra hour. Attractive salary package will be provided to the deserving candidates.
