Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attaining category/SKU wise monthly primary and secondary sales and collection targets.
∎ Develop exclusive channel partners in all CE market.
∎ Ensure retail competency setup in all dealer's point.
∎ Developing balanced Dealers network in potential & gap market.
∎ Manage the credit/receivables as per company policy.
∎ Ensure brand visibility through proper display across all outlets.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
∎ Filtration of non performing channel partners and action accordingly.
∎ Ensuring Field force performance proactively conduct appraisal regularly.
∎ Reporting on all sorts of market competitors activities.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements : At least 7 year(s) in trade channel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer development, Dealer Sales, Showroom Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Cement, steel etc
∎ Candidates experienced on selling electronics product is preferable.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do Attitude.
∎ Ability to work extra hour.
