Additional Requirements:
∎ Masters from business background is preferred. Candidates must be from UGC approved university with a minimum CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00, no 3rd division allowed.
∎ Any professional certification related to business background & certification of banking professional exam will serve as an added advantage.
∎ Exposure to dealing with large corporate clients, RMG clients and stress account management.
∎ Biased to technology-driven process.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining relationships with the existing clients and meeting queries on time giving utmost priority.
∎ Preparing different credit proposals as ARM on account of the clients assessing their needs.
∎ Ensuring compliance with policy, both internal and external.
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction through providing smooth customer service.
∎ Maintaining RMG clients.
∎ Stress account management.
∎ Portfolio monitoring.
