Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Annual operation plan for sales.
∎ • Responsible for achieving company objective along with retail coverage, territory volume through company sales force and distributor.
∎ • Effective monitoring of monthly shipment, IMS & collection plan from distributors, motivate the sales forces for achieving 100% target.
∎ • Plan, originations and establish distributor setup, retail network /coverage and ensure growth of Market share.
∎ • Identify de-growth territories of analyzing monthly and yearly sales growth. Take adequate action to improve those.
∎ • Lead and implement different Trade Scheme & launching new products.
∎ • Guide and coach sales team in setting up their target and ensure due compliance through continuous supervision, monitoring and management inputs.
∎ • Strong monitoring on day to day proposed journey plan & leave of sales team.
∎ • Follow up to distributor’s physical stock.
∎ • Monitor and guide the activities of Depots.
∎ • Provide initials training with supply related documents necessary sales advice for new recruitment Areas sales Manager, Territory Manager & sales Officer.
∎ • Assisting GM to evaluate the sales team’s strength and weakness.
∎ • Distributor’s ROI calculation, market credit status analysis.
∎ • Controlling day to day operation of sales team to keep focus on the company’s strategic goals.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
