Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet Annual Business Target as per Annual Business Plan
∎ Develop Sales Prospect Pipeline / Channel Development
∎ Develop Sales Strategy & Action Plan for Assigned Segment / Territory
∎ Visit dealer / retailer regularly
∎ Convert Prospects to Customer
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
∎ Develop & Maintain relationship with customers
∎ Ensure timely payment from customer as per company policy
∎ Execute Sales & Technical Presentations to customers
∎ Arrange and execute seminars and events in line with Marketing Plan
∎ Develop Proof of Performance Trials and Testimonials from customers
∎ Maintain account ledger of all customers
∎ Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting of Business Activity
∎ Gather and update Market Information to management
∎ Reports to Head of Industrial Sales

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years in B2C / Dealer Channel
∎ Experience in FMCG, Lube industry or Automotive will be prioritized.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Salary: Negotiable
