Responsibilities & Context:
  •  Drive primary and secondary sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration in the assigned area.

  • Monitor sales performance across territories and ensure corrective actions wherever required.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Territory Sales Managers.

  • Set individual targets, conduct performance reviews, and guide teams to achieve KPIs.

  • Provide training, coaching, and product knowledge support to the sales team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, retailers, and channel partners.

  • Develop dealer networks through strategic onboarding of new partners.

  • Oversee dealer performance, ensure product availability, visibility, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Conduct regular market visits and joint working with TSMs.

  • Manage dealer relationships, including stock planning, credit control, and claim management.

  • Ensure optimum inventory levels and timely execution of orders.

  • Track competitor pricing, schemes, product launches, and market activities.

  • Identify growth opportunities and provide inputs for pricing, schemes, promotions, and product positioning.

  • Plan and implement area-level promotional campaigns, dealer meets, and consumer offers.

  • Ensure proper execution of brand visibility initiatives (POP materials, display units, merchandising).

  • Support product demonstrations, store branding, and in-shop promoter effectiveness.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and business forecasts.

  • Review the performance of each territory and align corrective business plans.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and documentation standards.
