Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Packaging Industry

• Age At least 20 years

• Create market demand of products leading team members systematically using company policy and guideline.
• Open new Depot/Dealer in respective area for increase Company’s sales value achieve personal sales target.
• Gather products knowledge and learn team members to promote to the Depot/Dealer of products.
• Capable to implement company policy and strategy to the market by leading team members.
• To take responsibility to achieve sales targets both in quantity and value.
• Responsible for overall planning, promotion and sales activities for your own and team members.
• Regular market visit, find out developing area of team members train, coach and motivate them for working systematically.
• Build your team members as self-motivated, self-starter and high-energy team player.
