Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the assigned area.
Supervise, monitor, and guide the Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Sales Representatives (SRs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Expand the distribution network by appointing new dealers/distributors in potential markets.
Regularly visit the market to ensure availability, visibility, and proper execution of marketing activities (POSM, banners, posters, notebook/pen promotion, etc.).
Collect orders from dealers, manage stock, and ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and prepare reports for the Head Office.
Motivate, train, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Head Office.
Ensure company policies, rules, and SOPs are strictly followed by the sales team.
