∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidates with experience in the stationery or paper industry will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and oversee divisional sales and marketing operations to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals.
∎ Appoint new distributors and dealers in vacant or strategic areas to expand market presence.
∎ Lead, supervise, and develop field sales teams to enhance performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
∎ Distribute sales targets among the field force and track performance regularly to ensure goal attainment.
∎ Analyze market trends and monitor competitors' activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management, including insights and actionable recommendations.
∎ Organize and implement sales-boosting programs and initiatives across the division to drive revenue growth.
∎ Maintain strong follow-up with existing distributors to strengthen relationships and improve channel efficiency.
