∎ Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure stock and cash verification during plaza handover and takeover. Realize any financial or non-financial dues from the outgoing in-charge and hand them over to the system. Identify the responsible person for any discrepancies. Report to the Reporting Senior with proper documentation and follow company policy to resolve issues.
∎ Ensure timely and proper cash deposit. If any delay occurs, immediately complete the deposit process. In case of inability, notify Plaza Administration, Accounts, and others involved. All such communication must be properly documented.
∎ Maintain cleanliness in the plaza and its surrounding area. In case of unclean conditions, ensure the cleaning of the plaza premises in coordination with the plaza staff.
∎ Ensure that each product on display has the correct price tag attached. If any product is found without a price tag, fix it and report this during plaza inspection.
∎ Ensure that plaza staff are dressed according to the company's dress code. Also, monitor and report if the dress code is not followed during work. any challenges.
∎ Stay alert about cash sales, wholesale, and consignment transactions. Notify the plaza manager about any irregularities for prompt action.
∎ Ensure all documents related to plaza sales are collected and shared properly with customers as needed.
∎ Be prepared to follow any instructions given by the company management or line manager regarding regular duties and responsibilities.
