∎ Job Position: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
∎ Century Agro Limited- Seeds & Crop Care Division (Pesticides, Fertilizer, Rice Seed)
∎ Job Description/Responsibility:
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with farmers and agriculture officers.
∎ Build strong relationship with customers for sales and promotional activities.
∎ Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
