Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the business and achieve target and goal set for his given territory.
∎ Setting sales targets and assign area for individual representative.
∎ Monitor sales process and supervise sales executives to achieve their target.
∎ Handle critical customers where sales representative fails and resolve customers’ problems.
∎ Conduct regional sales meeting where he evaluates employee performance, develops individual growth plans and gives remedial measure of setbacks sales executives face in their day to day affairs.
∎ Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities.
∎ Identify new business opportunities through various routes to market and building and maintaining rapport with key customers.
∎ Maintain liaison with local influential, spoke persons, motivators and govt. authority.
∎ Supervise to organize Auto Fair, Demo and other promotional activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ The Candidate should have experience in Automobile Company
∎ The Candidate should have adequate knowledge about sales and marketing and work for achieve the plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated/challenging and able to achieve the monthly sales target.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong negotiation and team management skills.
