∎ Masters / MBA in - Marketing/ Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain relationship with existing dealer and retailer with proper support & develop relationship with new clients for market expansion.
∎ Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Continuously checking and ensuring product availability in all dealers/ distributors.
∎ Know detail about the Territory/ Areas where assigns to work & time to time update to the management.
∎ Continuously sourcing new business opportunities & onboarding new dealers.
∎ Managing sales team in achieving sales target by directing and motivating.
∎ Taking key initiatives in related to sales maximization & business expansion.
∎ Have to maintain all sales, credit, accounts and operations of an assigned areas.
∎ Competitor's data analysis & report preparation.
∎ Prepare sales report daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Maintain customer database and time to time update.
∎ Provide technical assistance to carpenters for growing quality production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 36 years
∎ At least (4-5) year(s) in a reputed organization which will be categorized according to designation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ Experiences in paint/ cement industry will get preferences.
∎ Age between (29 -36) years
∎ Willing to take a leading role in bringing operational excellence into the company, installing just the right amount of process, reporting and structure ensuring smooth operations of the company.
∎ Advance computer knowledge in MS Office application.
∎ Excellent team management skill & negotiations skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
